Drew is officially five months old today. Drew is the sweetest little boy we are so grateful we have.

The kids had a blast swimming all week. Thats pretty much all we did!

Drew slept great by the pool!

There was a splash pad right next to the kid pool. It was a hit!

As the sun went down one night we had the kid pool all to ourselves!

Drew's blessing day was really special.  I always love my kids blessing days.  It is always nice to be with our family who we love so much.  We are so grateful for those who came to share this special day with us.  My mom was sick, and was very missed.  I wish I would have taken a picture with my Dad and Drew, but he left before we took pictures, darn.

Men who stood in the circle: Paul, Grandpa Wayne, Grandpa Calton, Great Grandpa Kunz, Uncles; Dave C, Brad, David C, Richard, Jim, David P, Mike, cousins; Andrew & Jacob, & Bishop Brown.  

We know little Drew was meant to come to our home. He is so sweet and a very special little boy.  He is sweet, calm, and happy.

We are grateful we could feel of Ashley's spirit that day!  She definitely hand picked a wonderful little boy to come to our home.

Matt was in Alice's class last year and live in our neighborhood.  They became really good friends and even tell people they are going to marry each other!!!!! 

They are excited to be in the same class again this year and are excited to carpool together too.

Birth of Andrew Paul

 June 2nd, 2012 

I woke up at 6:30 in the morning to discover my water had broke.  I was exactly 37 weeks.  Luckily I was able to catch Paul in the garage just before he was heading out on a bike ride. 

At 4:20 we had the safe arrival of
ANDREW PAUL!


He spent his first 8 days in the NICU.
(More to journal about all that later)
